Prior to joining the Bluepoint team, Jenny worked in several Customer Service sectors, ranging from retail to medicine. Jenny is a Salvadoran, first-generation graduate from University of Maryland. She holds a degree in Business Administration, minor in Information Systems management, and a certificate in Project Management. Jenny was born and raised in the DMV area. In Jenny’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Cristian, her beagle named Jelly, visiting family & friends, and watching movies.
